Role & Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through online platforms, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
- Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate IT services/solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services and the technology domain (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Tech, B.Com, MBA).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in business development, sales, or client relations. Freshers are welcome.
- Tools: Proficiency in English, MS Office, and CRM tools (optional but a plus).
